Louise Creighton from Black & Lizars’ Lothian Road practice in Edinburgh is celebrating being named Optometrist at the Year at the optician chain’s annual awards ceremony.
Louise scooped the prize which was contested by 3 opticians from 23 practices across the Scotland. She was praised for her focused and happy approach to new products and services. Louise is an integral part of her team and specialises in contact lens fitting.
Originally from Enniskillen in Northern Ireland, Louise has worked at Black & Lizars in Edinburgh for 10 years. With a First Class Honours in Optometry she would like to help train student Optometrists in the future while continuing to develop her own clinical knowledge in the field.
