New Staff Member Training

All new members of staff receive an induction training programme according to their needs and previous experience by spending a specified period of time in training or in a training practice. At the end of the agreed training period, the new employee will receive a review to determine their level of competence and identify any further training requirements.

We are proud that our staff can work their way up to Practice Manager from any role in the company. If you start as a Receptionist then you may also be trained with Optical Assistant skills. Interested in the clinical side of the work? What about studying for the Optometric Clinical Assistant course, organised in association with Anglia Polytechnic University?
